Mortgage loan for a U.S. person

An American client, resident in the U.S. wants to purchase a property on the Côte d'Azur. He wants to puts the minimum deposit possible to remain invested on the U.S. stock markets.

RFP has settled a mortgage loan of 100% of the purchase price with an interest-only loan, warranted by a mortgage and a pledge on the portfolio invested in the United States, through a bank in Luxemburg.
