Loan offer without a purchase agreement

A transaction was stuck because the buyer wanted to sign a purchase agreement conditionned upon the procurement of a loan offer, which the seller refused to do.

RFP obtained a firm loan offer of €5.6 million without having to sign a prior purchase agreement, which resolved the case.
