An €8 million loan for a Swiss client

A Swiss client wanted to seize an opportunity and purchase immediately a property on the French Riviera for €8 million but did not have enough funds at the moment.

RFP sourced a 100% interest-only loan, with a 25% pledged portfolio, then upgraded to 50% within 12 months.

We obtained 2 loan offers: one with a bank in Luxemburg and the other with a French bank.
